'As I wandered throughout that foul Fallen's temple in Heerin, I wondered what would bring people to worship such a horrid faith and master. Bringing myself back to the mission before me, I quickly forgot these trivial matters and concentrated on my goal: The Emerald Dome. This sphere-like case was made completely from emerald and worth a fortune in any market in any form it may come. Even my guildmaster would respect me once I claimed the most valuable treasure to ever grace this backwards neighborhood.

Quietly manuevering through the black-tiled corridors, I glanced into a side chamber, where I hear a low droning. I almost ran out screaming at what lay behind that half-sealed chamber. Several robed figures were gathered around one of the town's guard, who was tied to an altar and screaming himself hoarse. As the droning continued, one of the figures stepped forth and produced a wickedly curved dagger from beneath his robes.

With a slight smirk on his face, the priest removed both eyeballs from the guard without killing him. I winced at the agony that the poor guard must have felt. After throwing both eyes to the floor, the priest cut off the man's nose and removed his tongue. Somehow, still alive, the guard shook violently, as if one final burst would free him. The priest placed the man's facial parts into a bowl and raised both hands over his head. Then, like lightning, he shoved his entire arm down the guard's throat and extracted a heart. Kissing the heart, the priest somehow breathed new life into the organ and caused it to beat once again. This priest now knelt before a strange statue and placed the heart into the hand of the stone idol. A bright flash of green light was followed by some kind of horrible laughter.

The next thing I knew, an alarm rose throughout the temple and strange skinless humans appeared from nowhere and began running down the hall towards me. I jumped out a nearby window, vowing never to try something that stupid again.'
