The 'Black Elves,' or Drow, have been spoken of in legends for centuries.

Dwelling deep beneath the surface in subterranean caves and caverns, the drow are as dark as faeries are bright.  Drow are known as weak fighters but strong magic-users.

Drow elfs recieve bonuses to proficiencies and skills when in dark rooms, but are penalized in bright rooms.

Cost  : 30 Mana, 10 Fatigue

Usage : dim lights

Requirements : 30 Int

The Drow take comfort in the darkness, for the light pains their eyes and

makes their work difficult.  So deep underground the Drow sought ancient

magics with which to quell the light from above.  Though the magic the Drow

found is not perfect, and will not darken the brightest light, it will make

the area at least a bit more comfortable.
