Cabal TV is all about TV shows. You get there through a television set.

History

Onlined October 2001 by Skorch, the cabal was built and tweaked regularly until November 2002.

June 2003 saw the introduction of the shit-kickers and the upgrade of several weapons in the cabal.

Skorch is now inactive and the Hillbilly area has no wizard overseeing the cabal.

Directions

To enter the Hillbilly cabal you need to find an old, rusted out pickup truck, which drives around Eternal City. One you find it climb in the truck to enter Hillbilly.
