Light, Darkness, and the five senses are the tools of the Illusionists. It is true that great power may be had by simply altering what people perceive. Illusionists are the masters of perception. They may alter what you see, hear, feel, taste. They might give you visions of things that are not there and they may remove all senses, leaving you in a state of voided consciousness.

 

Few can master the arts of the Illusionists. Without the dedication and intelligence to persevere, most eventually fall to easier paths. But those who can overcome the obstacles, the lack of physical power, the few defenses, may make the journey to the rank of Master of Reality.

Game play


The goal of the illusionists is to confuse and distract its enemies, leaving them attacking thin air whilst inflicting their damage. Illusionists achieve this through the use of flash, simulacrum, and vertigo. An Illusionist will often open combat with flash, leading to several rounds of delay, following it with simulacrum to drop combat then re-enter combat while the monster attacks the duplicate of the caster.

 

     An extremely effective pk guild, the illusionist can easily trap, confuse and kill opponents with little chance for the victum to try to run like hell or deal area damage.

 

     The modern Illusionist is a jack of all trades, with experience spread over their historical primary stats - intelligence and charisma - and also on direct combat stats in an attempt to overcome to lack of damage skills offered to the illusionist.
