Description

One of the ways to harness the souls of the defeated is to present them to
the world.  A great way to do this is to construct a shrine out of the heads
and bones you have harvested.  The stronger the shrine, the stronger the
spiritual link.

Info

Cost   : 30 Fatigue and 100 Mana
Usage  : create shrine
Requirements: Must have 10 bone chips.
              Must have  1 decapitated head.

At 20+ create shrine you can decorate your shrines with gems/amulets/rings to make them stronger

At 30+ create shrine you can have 3 total shrines

At 45 you can have 4 shrines, the 4th shrine does not given bonus hps (unsure if this is a bug)
