Brutality is your main combat skill; albeit passive.
Create shrine gives you big bonuses to health stats.
At 30+ create shrine you can have 3 total shrines as well as decorate them with gems/amulets/rings to make them stronger.
Create effigy gives you big defense bonuses versus specific races (150+ WIL req).
Effigies may also be 'molded' and 'activated' for use in PvP.
Create voodoo doll gives you (racial combat bonus? bone chip collection perks? needs more testing).
